I felt that Crossover Expo was very well organized, especially for a first year event. The schedule was full of important and informative information. As stated above the schedule was very full but also had time for socializing to get to know others’ in the pawnbroking field. There were a lot of experts and too many brains to pick. I feel like there is too much to describe all that I took away from Crossover!
Jerry Whitehead did an outstanding job at shepherding the event to a tee.
We look forward to next year!

The Crossover EXPO was a great success for us. Our booth was crowded every single day and we generated a lot of leads and now opportunities. The speakers were very well informed so not only did you get to showcase what your company offers, but you could also speak about your company in the meeting rooms and of course watch other speakers to get more information to keep you on the cutting edge of the pawn inustry.
We really enjoyed the trade show!
Jerry did a fine job on this event and it was a pleasure having the opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with old friends and to have a platform to speak about Human Resources

This was my first event and it was great to meet so many generous people. We enjoyed seeing all of the different foks from all over and were pleased with our entire experience!
I have been in pawn shop management for about 20 years and been to numerous events over the years. The EXPO this year done in Orlando was one of the most fun and informative shows I have been to. We got to hang out with all the vendors and attendees and the social functions allowed for a lot of networking that continued on into the night hours. I have more people in the pawn business that I am happy to call friends and look forward to seeing again. Many of us have been communicating and are sharing our ideas and struggles in an open way, great to learn from others mistakes !! Back next year!!
Our group has worked with the Pawnshop Consulting Group out of Mexico and Central America for several years now. They encouraged us to come to this show. We were only able to bring a few of our team members up, but the results for us were very good. We met many people from other countries and places and enjoyed hearing about our industry from others, we were discussing many issues we must work with. We do not have any regional trade shows in our country and we learned so much from these people and have been working with a number of the peoples we met at the show. Gracias por todo !!
AS a pawnbroker who has only been in business less than 5 years, I found the Crossover EXPO the best resource for my business I have had up to this point. They made the show fun and informative. I have been to the national a couple of times and one regional show and with the format of this show, the presenters all speaking outside the trade show hours allowed me meet and see all the presentations offered. Many of the presenters were also the vendors, and it was helpful to hear from them before we went and spent time with them at the trade show portion of this program to learn more about them.
It was like trying to drink from a fire hydrant as I heard someone say at this show! Really enjoyed David Johns presentation as we have been struggling with personnel. Jack Brown with Mid States really helped us to understand our gold and how to maximize our returns better. Jerry Whitehead’s piece on the status of the industry today and the look at the industry on a global basis was very informative. One of the best benefits we obtained from the show was the high level and competitive nature with the select group of diamond buyers they had. We totally maxed out better than expected returns on our goods, way to go expo folks, it was a great show for us, see you next year, were closing the store and bringing the whole team!!
