Vendors Can Expect to Receive the Following:

Included with Exhibit Space:

One 6-foot draped table, 2 chairs, one wastebasket. Other furniture, display, power, decorating equipment, and more will be available from GES our onsite production group setting up our trade show hall and more.

Exhibitor Set Up and Break Down

Exhibitors will be allowed to set up on Saturday the 29th of September from 10AM to 5PM, and will be able to take down their exhibits post 5PM on Monday the October 1st.. Exhibitors must set up or tear-down their exhibits during their designated hours as to not disrupt the show or any of our scheduled functions.

Friday 9/28/2018

  • Check-in and setup ( CO EXPO )

Saturday 9/29/2018

  • Vendor Set Up / Registration 10AM till 5PM
  • Cocktail Reception – 5 – 8:30PM in Exhibit Hall

Sunday 9/30/2018

  • Opening Breakfast 7:30AM – 8:30AM
  • Presentations – Run from 8AM to 12:30PM
  • Exhibit Hall Grand Opening NOON – 6PM
  • Noon – 1PM – Lunch in the Exhibit hall area (attendees)
  • 5:00 – 8:00 PM – Cocktail Reception in Exhibit Hall

Monday 10/1/2018

  • Breakfast 7:30AM to 8:30AM
  • Presentations – Run from 8AM to 12:30PM
  • Exhibit Hall Opening NOON
  • Noon – 1PM – Lunch in the Exhibit hall area (attendees)
  • Exhibit Hall Noon till 5PM / Event Close

Sponsorships

Any vendors providing any level of sponsorship levels will receive promotional materials in all tote’s going out to attendees. All Silver through Emerald sponsors will receive promotional mentions during our events, along with placards and great placement of sponsor for our events as they take place.
